Refund & Delivery Policy


We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Bangladesh for your convenience. Customers are requested to make full payment to the delivery personnel upon receiving the product.


Please ensure that you check the product at the time of delivery. If you find any valid issue with the product (such as damage, defect, or incorrect item), you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Upon verification of the issue, we will offer either:

Product Replacement, or

Full Refund, as applicable.


Kindly note:

Claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging for a successful refund or exchange.
